Henan’s Anyang Issues Winter Cut Program for Aluminum and Related Industries 

SHANGHAI, Sept. 28 (SMM) – Henan’s Anyang City has released 2017-2018 Winter and Autumn Industrial Enterprises Off-Peak Production Implementation Program.  

New Aluminum Processing Projects Hit by Environmental Checks, SMM Says

Under the program, aluminum smelters will cut capacity by over 30%; carbon plants will cut or halt production, depending on pollutant discharge level; secondary nonferrous metal producers will cut capacity by 50% for casting & melting process.
